CareCapital Group Plc (AIM: "CARE"), the AIM listed developer and investor in healthcare properties, announces that Clive Hyman has resigned as Finance Director of the Company with immediate effect.
The Board intends to appoint Don Baladasan BSc (Econ), ACWA as Finance Director subject to the completion of regulatory requirements. In addition, Steve Wilden FCA (former Finance Director of CareCapital) is assisting in the completion of the 2010 Annual Accounts and the 2011 Interim Results.
The Board would like to thank Clive for all his valuable work for the Company and wish him the very best for the future.
