Completion of Dental Centre
CareCapital plc (AIM: CARE), the healthcare real estate developer and owner, is pleased to announce the completion of its 1,200 sq m dental centre in Folkestone developed at a cost of £3.6 million. The building has been leased to Harley Dental Clinics Limited on a 21 year lease at an initial rent of £272,000 per annum subject to three yearly RPI based reviews.
The Centre contains 12 dental suites, three hygienist rooms, training facilities and a dental laboratory and will provide a wide range of dental services for both NHS and private patients. It is planned that the Centre will open to patients in October 2008 following the installation of equipment and commissioning.
This project is part of CareCapital's ongoing programme of primary care developments in the UK and Germany.
