Result of AGM
Avanti Communications Group plc ("Avanti" or "the Group"), a leading provider of satellite data communications services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, is pleased to confirm that all resolutions put to shareholders at its Annual General Meeting today were duly passed.
Avanti also announced that John Brackenbury, CBE, will retire as a non-executive Director on 31 March 2016.
Paul Walsh, Chairman said: "As Founding Chairman and then from 2014 as a Non-Executive Director, John has served Avanti tirelessly since its inception. The board and I would like to thank him for his wisdom and support."
