Avanti Communications Group Plc (AIM: AVN), the satellite operator, announces that it has today received notification from Caledonia Investments plc that as at 24th March 2011, it held 12,320,000 ordinary shares in Avanti Communications, being approximately 15.2% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
