PDMR/Director Shareholding

Avanti Communications Group plc (AIM: AVN), the broadband satellite operator has been informed that David Williams, Chief Executive, today purchased 9,550 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 259.0 pence per ordinary share. Following this transaction, David Williams now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 1,705,651 ordinary shares in the Company, being approximately 1.53% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
