Share Awards to Employees
The Company announces that it has awarded 35,187 Treasury Shares to employees in respect of their contribution to the disposal of South East Asian assets, including the receipt of further proceeds as announced on 7 September 2011.
These include the following awards, in respect of Shares, to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR's):
