Correction - Director/PDMR Shareholding
The following amends the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released today under RNS number 5808X at 10.25am.
The date of notification of Roger McDowell's share purchase was 7 December 2010 (being the date of the relevant purchase by Roger McDowell) and not 7 September 2010 as previously stated.
All other details remain unchanged and the full amended announcement appears below:
Avingtrans plc (AIM:AVG), a manufacturer of critical components and associated services to the medical, energy, industrial and global aerospace sectors, was notified on 7 December 2010, that Roger McDowell, Non Executive Chairman purchased a total of 175,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 38.15 pence per share. Following this share purchase, Roger McDowell's beneficial holding in the Company is 2,286,409 Ordinary Shares representing 9.0 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
