Jim Fallon appointed director at Eclectic Bars Limited
("Eclectic")
The Company announces today that Jim Fallon has been appointed a non-executive director of Eclectic, the bar and club operator controlled by Avanti. The appointment will take effect from 1 February 2010 and has been made under Avanti's right to appoint directors to the board of Eclectic.
Jim Fallon has an extensive network of trade and financial contacts in the leisure sector having spent his career to date in both banking and providing M&A advice to companies in the leisure sector. Until recently Jim Fallon was a partner at McQueen a leading advisory firm to companies in the leisure and retail sectors.
Reuben Harley, CEO of Eclectic, commenting on the appointment said:

Jim Fallon added:
