Grant of Options to a Director
On Monday 11 April 2011, Duncan Harper, a director of the Company, was granted options over 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company. These options have an exercise price of 5 pence, a vesting period of two years from grant, and expire six years after grant.
At the same time the Company also granted options over a further 500,000 ordinary shares each to Suzette Vela and Luke Schuberth, two senior employees of the Company, on the same terms.
