Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group PLC13 October 2006 For release 07.00am 13th October 2006 Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group Plc ("AUK/L") Contract Gains "Aukett Fitzroy Robinson", the international group of architects and designers,is delighted to announce details of the largest contract gains in the company'shistory from Europe. The following projects have a total contract value approaching US$400million(£214million) with agreed fees paid during completion of work of US$4.8million(£2.6million) to be earned over the next 2 years. Germany Frankfurt • Two new major refurbishment and fit-out projects, total size of 7,200sqm for leisure and legal clients in Frankfurt. Total contract value US$10million (£6million) Russia Moscow • New appointment for a 78,500 sqm multi-use complex on 2.4 hectares site in Leningradskii prospekt, Moscow for client Alcon Development Limited. Contract value US$120million (£64 million) • New instruction for a 80,000 sqm HQ development in the Selikatnii Pereulok area of Moscow with a contract value of US$135million (£72million) • Instruction to commence the next stage of the Olympiiskii development in Moscow, a 79,500 sqm office and hotel mixed use project for retained client Kuznetskii Most Development.
