The Company has been notified that on 20 March 2019 Roger McDowell, Non-Executive Director, sold 1,000,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 97.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Roger McDowell holds 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 2.88% of the total issued share capital.
Additionally the Company was notified that on 20 March 2019 Harwood Capital LLP, as investment manager to NASCIT purchased 1,000,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 97.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Harwood Capital LLP, as investment manager to NASCIT holds 27,100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 26.06% of the total issued share capital.
