NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Dr. Uwe Krueger, a director and person discharging managerial responsibilities of WS Atkins plc (the "Company"), notified the Company on 27 August 2013 that on that day in London he purchased 375 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company at £11.888907 per share following the reinvestment of dividends. The shares are held by Dr. Krueger via a nominee account. This purchase equated to 0.0004% of the voting issued share capital.
Dr. Krueger's total interest in shares following this notification is 20,955 ordinary shares, representing 0.021% of the voting issued capital of WS Atkins plc.
