Atkins Deferred Share Plan
Awards pursuant to the terms of the Atkins Deferred Share Plan (the "DSP"), being rights to acquire ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), were granted on 30 June 2016 to the following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs"), as set out below:
