NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Dr. Uwe Krueger, a director and person discharging managerial responsibilities of WS Atkins plc (the "Company"), notified the Company on 16 January 2014 that on 10 January 2014 in London he purchased 151 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company at £14.1866 per share following the reinvestment of dividends. The shares are held by Dr. Krueger via a nominee account. This purchase equated to 0.0002% of the voting issued share capital.
The Company was also notified by the Trustee of the Atkins Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan") on 15 January 2014 that on 14 January 2014 in London Dr. Uwe Krueger, a director and person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company, acquired 2 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company at £14.44 following the reinvestment of dividends for shares held in the Plan. This acquisition equated to 0.000002% of the voting issued share capital.
Dr. Krueger's total interests in shares following these notifications is 21,151 ordinary shares, representing 0.021% of the voting issued share capital of WS Atkins plc.
