Board Committee Appointments
The board of WS Atkins plc (the "Board") has made the following changes to the membership of its committees with effect from 1 July 2015:
- Catherine Bradley will join the Nomination and Audit Committees; and
- Allister Langlands will join the Remuneration Committee.
The table below shows the membership of the Board and its principal committees following these changes.
