Aseana Properties Limited (LSE: ASPL), a property developer investing in Malaysia and Vietnam, listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, announces that Gerald Ong has been appointed to the Audit and Remuneration Committees with effect from 25 August 2016.
Gerald Ong has been a non-executive director of Aseana since 2009.
