AGM Statement

Ascribe plc ("AIM:ASP"), the health IT Group, announces that at the Group's Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions put to Shareholders by the Board were duly passed. It was confirmed at the meeting that discussions in relation to the potential management buyout by Ascribe's Executive Directors were ongoing and shareholders would be updated in due course.
