Pentagon Protection PLC19 March 2008 19 March 2008 Pentagon Protection plc ('Pentagon Protection' or 'the Company') Director's Shareholding Pentagon Protection, the global specialist in the supply and installation ofenhanced glass protection, announces that it has received notification todaythat K&C Corporation Pte Ltd ('K&C'), the Singapore based company that is 100%owned by Mr. Chunlin Liu, a Director of the Company, has acquired 5,000,000ordinary shares. The shares of 0.1 pence nominal value were acquired at 1p pershare today from G H Bannerman, a former Director of the Company. Following the acquisition, K&C holds 46,000,000 ordinary shares, representing11.43per cent of the Company's issued and voting ordinary share capital and MrBannerman holds 19,378,947 ordinary shares, representing 4.82 per cent. of theissued and voting ordinary share capital of the Company.
