Appointment of Director

Following the successful acquisition of International Glass Solutions LLC ("IGS"), Pentagon Protection Plc (AIM: PPR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Chambers to the main Board of Directors as of 15 November 2010.

Steve Chambers is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and holds a Master's degree in International Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management. Steve is Vice President of IGS and prior to joining Pentagon worked with global giant 3M within their Renewable Energy Division. Steve has extensive experience in the window film industry and associated energy markets.

Steve served 16 years in the United States Navy as an engineering officer and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked for product solution providers W&O Supply, Victaulic and DH Instruments, working closely with client markets that complement Pentagon and the Group which includes security defence and military, oil and petroleum, shipbuilding and maritime as well as many large commercial, industrial, public and private sector clients.

Haytham ElZayn, Chairman of Pentagon Protection Plc commented:

In 2002 Mr Chambers entered into US personal bankruptcy. He was discharged unconditionally on December 18 2002.

SDS Group supplies equipment, including highly-specialist security and search equipment, mainly to governments, police forces and security and defence forces in the UK and around the world. SDS has strong relationships with customers and extends their offering to clients by providing expert knowledge and further training and consultancy. This acquisition supports plans for continued expansion of the Group's activities in the security industry which is affected less by the world economic downturn than many sectors.
