Holdings in Company
On 10 September 2013, the Company was notified that Aviva plc and its subsidiaries no longer have any notifiable interests in the ordinary shares of the Company. This follows a sale of its remaining holding in the Company to a combination of new and existing institutional investors, certain private investors and certain directors of Ashley House, as disclosed on 9 September 2013. Accordingly, the Company has also been notified that Cheviot Capital Nominees Limited has increased its interest to 3,900,000 ordinary shares of the Company, representing approximately 6.7 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital.
