Directorate Changes

Ashley House plc the Primary Care Infrastructure specialist is pleased to announce the following Board changes:

Finance Director

Tony Walters has been appointed Finance Director with effect from today. Tony is a Chartered Accountant and joins from Lloyds Pharmacy where until recently he was MD of Sapphire Primary Care Developments, the business acquired by Ashley House in November 2009. Following that transaction Tony became a non-Executive on the Ashley House Board and now becomes a full time executive Director. Tony replaces Bruce Walker who resigns from the Board with effect from today to focus on leading and developing our sister company AH Medical Properties plc in his role as its CEO. Bruce will continue his involvement with Ashley House assuming overall responsibility for our Asset Management activities.

Chief Operating Officer

David Hartshorne (aged 56), has been appointed as a Director of the Company and joins the Board with effect from today. David has been with Ashley House since November 2008, and is responsible for the operations of the Company. David has had particular impact on Ashley House's work in the NHS LIFT sector. David is a Chartered Engineer by training and prior to joining Ashley House David has spent his career working on Infrastructure Projects most recently with John Laing where he established a successful NHS LIFT business amongst other projects.

A list of David's current and previous directorships are set out below. There are no other matters which are required to be announced pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.

Bruce leaves us with our thanks for his substantial contribution in helping us grow so considerably over the last 5 years.
