Resignation of director

The Company announces that its non-executive director, Anne-Marie Chidzero, has resigned as a director with immediate effect in order to devote more time to family and other professional commitments.

The Board of Directors expressed their thanks to Ms Chidzero for her work on behalf of the Company during its transitional period since the EGM held in June.

Executive Chairman Yat Hoi Ning, announcing the resignation, commented: "We were sorry to receive the news of Anne-Marie's resignation from the Board of Asa Resource Group Plc, and on behalf of the Board of Directors and the Company as a whole, I would like to thank her for all her work on behalf of the Company over the past several months, and to wish her all the best as she moves on to devote more time to her family and other professional commitments."
