Mwana Africa PLC18 September 2006 PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL REPORT & ACCOUNTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING London, 18th September 2006 - Mwana Africa plc ("Mwana" or the "Company") todaysent to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended31st March 2006.
