Notification of Transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("DSBP")
Arrow Global announces that on 8 April 2020, awards in the form of nil-cost options were granted over ordinary shares in the Company under the Arrow Global DSBP to the following directors:

The vesting date for the awards will be 8 April 2023, subject to the continued employment of the participant. No consideration is payable on vesting.
The Company's Remuneration Committee is mindful of external developments linked to Covid-19. We will proceed with great care in determining the operation of our Remuneration Policy in 2020 to ensure that all of our executive pay decisions are appropriate in the context of all relevant factors including the shareholder and workforce experience.
Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")
On 9 April 2020, Oliver Stratton, Group Chief Commercial Officer and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, exercised an award granted to him on 31 March 2017 under the Company's LTIP over 7,586 shares. Oliver elected to self-fund the income tax and national insurance liabilities applicable to the exercise of the award and retains the 7,586 shares. As a result of the transaction, Oliver has an interest in the following shares in the Company:
