ALPHA REAL TRUST LIMITED ("ALPHA REAL TRUST" OR THE "COMPANY")

REPLACEMENT

TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

The following replaces the Transaction in Own Shares announcement which was released at 7.00 a.m. today under the RNS number 0319E and incorrectly stated the Company's total voting rights. Please note that the Company's total voting rights figure is 72,490,855.

Alpha Real Trust announces that on 3 May 2013 it purchased 69,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price (before expenses) of 51 pence per share. Of the purchased Ordinary Shares 5,250 shares will be cancelled and 63,750 shares will be held in treasury.

The ordinary share capital of the Company following the purchase and cancellation of those Ordinary Shares which are to be repurchased will be 58,081,130 (including 5,808,113 shares held in treasury). The Company also has 20,217,838 A Shares in issue.

The total voting rights in Alpha Real Trust following the purchase and cancellation of the Ordinary Shares will be 72,490,855.

The total voting rights figure (72,490,855) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Alpha Real Trust under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
