The Company announces that it was notified on 15 July 2015 that on that day Weather Empire Limited sold 8,616,000 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 8.34% of the Company's issued share capital) to DeltaMax Group OÜ (ultimately controlled by Raul Talts) at a price of US$2.33 per share. Weather Empire Limited is ultimately controlled by Hillar Teder and following this sale, he is interested in 57,263,124 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 55.45% of the Company's issued share capital).
