Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of €0.01 each in issue as at the date of this notice is 35,739,711 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 35,739,711.
The above figure of 35,739,711 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
