Result of General Meeting

Argos Resources Limited (AIM: ARG.L) ("Argos" or the "Company"), the Falkland Islands based exploration company focused on the North Falkland Basin, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting of the Company held in Stanley, Falkland Islands, on 4 May the resolution as set out in the circular dated 17 April 2015 (the "Resolution") was duly passed by shareholders.

The passing of the Resolution will enable the Company to work towards satisfying the remaining conditions pursuant to its Farmout Agreement with Noble Energy Falklands Limited and Edison International S.p.A in respect of the Company's principal asset, a 100 percent interest in production licence PL001, including granting of appropriate government and regulatory approvals.
