Transaction in Own Shares
Arden Partners plc (AIM: ARDN.L), announces that on 26 October 2018 it purchased a total of 119,412 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share. These Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury.
Following the above purchase, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 33,378,935 Ordinary Shares, of which 2,556,557 are held in treasury.
