Result of the General Meeting and Total Voting Rights

Arden is pleased to announce that, at its General Meeting held earlier today, 29 June 2017, the resolutions to authorise the issue and allotment of the Placing Shares were duly passed.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will take place and that dealings in the Placing Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 30 June 2017 (at which time the Placing will become unconditional).

Immediately following Admission, the Company will have 33,378,935 Ordinary Shares in issue of which 1,169,242 are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company will, therefore, be 32,209,693 and this figure may be used by Shareholders from Admission as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Arden's Chief Executive Officer, Donald Brown, commented:
