21 Nov 2014 - Further to the announcement made on 9 October 2014 regarding Executive Chairman Mr Anthony Balme's share purchase of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company, please note that Mr Balme is beneficially interested in 181,373,463 ordinary shares of 1p each, and not 179,373,463 as originally stated. As such, Mr Balme's beneficial holding represents 7.2% of the Company's issued share capital and not 7.1% as originally stated.
