Aquis Exchange PLC (the "Company")Market Update

The Company notes today's announcement by the Swiss Federal Department of Finance to rescind recognition of EU trading venues for the trading of Swiss securities and, as a result, the Company will not offer trading of Swiss securities on Aquis Exchange from 1st July 2019. The Company continues to trade in line with expectations and is confident in its future outlook.
