On 23 February 2009, Aquarius Platinum Limited (the "Company") announced thatapplication had been made for admission to the Official List of the UK ListingAuthority of 65,042,856 common shares of US$0.05 in the Company (which has asecondary listing in London and its primary listing in Australia) which havebeen issued and allotted by the Company. The 65,042,856 shares in the Companywere issued to Savannah Consortium in exchange for shares in Aquarius Platinum(South Africa) (Pty) Ltd.
