Application has been made for admission to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange of 3,834,162 common shares of US$0.05 cents each in the Company (which has a standard listing in London) which have been issued and allotted by the company. The 3,834,162 common shares in the Company were issued as part consideration for the purchase of Afarak Platinum (Pty) Limited
It is expected that such admission will become effective and that dealings in those shares will commence in London on 6 May 2011.
