Further to Microgen plc's General Meeting held on 18 November 2013 to, amongst other matters, approve changes to the Group's management incentive schemes as outlined in the shareholder circular dated 1 November 2013, the following share options have been awarded to the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities/directors:
