NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Ivan Martin has today purchased 200,000 ordinary shares in Microgen plc. Mr Martin will be joining the Microgen Board on 1 January 2016 as Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate before assuming the role of Non-Executive Chairman after the release of the 2015 Results.
Martyn Ratcliffe, Chairman of Microgen plc, has today exercised 1,000,000 share options and sold the resulting shares. The share options were granted to Mr Ratcliffe in May 2008 with an exercise price of 52.33 pence and the accompanying performance conditions were fully satisfied. Mr Ratcliffe’s shareholding remains unchanged at 4,117,963 ordinary shares.
