Directorate Change

After 14 years at Microgen, most recently as Chief Executive Officer, David Sherriff has notified the Board that he intends to retire from executive roles in order to pursue an alternative personal interest and non-executive roles. He will therefore be resigning as a Director and leaving Microgen at a date to be agreed once the strategic review has been completed.

The Board would like to express their sincere gratitude for his significant contribution and long service to Microgen.
