Trading Update

APQ Global Limited, a company incorporated in Guernsey (company registration number 62008) which is listed on The International Stock Exchange and admitted to trading on AIM, today announces an update on trading for the period ended 31 December 2023 and 2024 year to date.

Highlights

· As announced on 22 March 2024, APQ's unaudited book value per Ordinary Share as at 29 February 2024 was 30.20 US Dollar cents (equivalent to 23.97 Pounds Sterling pence).

· This book value increase was substantially driven by the strong trading performance in APQ's direct investment in US-based capital raising and transaction advisory business Delphos International. This resulted in a significant increase in Delphos' independent third-party revaluation undertaken as part of APQ's 2023 financial year end audit process currently underway, from c.USD 6.3m at 31 December 2022 to c.USD 27.0m at 31 December 2023 (unaudited).

· Delphos International's trading highlights include:

o  Revenues increased by 145% between 2022 and 2023 calendar years

o  The business reached meaningful profitability for the first time in 2023

o  Current trading in 2024 continues to be strong, and its management team expects the business to exhibit further significant year on year growth in revenue and profits, with an attractive pipeline of transaction mandates under way

· The unaudited third-party valuation of APQ's investments in Parish Group and Delphos Canada also increased over the period to 31 December 2023, and the Board believes the outlook for these and APQ's other unlisted portfolio companies remains favourable for the remainder of 2024.
