APQ Global Limited, an emerging markets growth company based in Guernsey, was notified that, on 11 August 2021, Wayne Bulpitt, Chairman of the Company, purchased 190,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 13.125 pence per ordinary share.
Following this transaction, Wayne Bulpitt is interested in 237,000 in the Company representing 0.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
