Changes to the Board
APQ Global Limited, an emerging markets growth company based in Guernsey, announces the appointment of Wesley Davis to its Board as Finance Director, taking over from Richard Bray, who will step down from the Board.
Mr. Davis has over 25 years of experience in emerging & frontier markets, both in investment banking and operating company roles. Most recently, Mr. Davis has been serving in a consulting capacity on the International Advisory Council of the Company, with a focus on private equity and illiquid credit origination.
Prior to this, Mr Davis assisted emerging & frontier market firms in Africa and Asia with business development and financial advisory services at New Asia Advisory Ltd. Also, he was responsible for international funding and investor relations, while serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Asia Pacific Investment Partners.
Mr Davis also has experience in senior roles in emerging markets origination and institutional sales at Renaissance Capital, HSBC Bank and Merrill Lynch.
