Park Group PLC15 November 2005 15 November 2005 PARK GROUP PLC ("the Company") ISSUE OF EQUITY AND DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING The Company has applied to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authorityfor the listing of 326,596 new ordinary shares of 2 pence each. The shares,together with 48,677 ordinary shares to be issued under the Company's existingblock listing, will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary sharesand will be issued and allotted to meet share options granted under theCompany's Employee Share Save Scheme. Upon completion of the proposed issuance of new Ordinary Shares the Company'sissued share capital will be 164,531,045 ordinary shares of 2 pence each. Mr Gary Woods, a Director of the Company, has exercised options over 9,500 ofthe ordinary shares to be issued by the Company pursuant to the Share SaveScheme at a price of 20 pence per ordinary share.
