Park (AIM: PKG.L), the UK's leading gift voucher and prepaid gift card provider, announces that Michael De Kare-Silver, Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 55 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr De Kare-Silver is the beneficial owner of 5,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.003 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has also been notified that Laura Carstensen, Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 9,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 55 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mrs Carstensen is the beneficial owner of 9,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.005 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

Both trades were executed through Arden Partners plc, NOMAD and Broker to the Company.
