AIM Rule 17 Schedule Two (g) Update

Park Group plc announces the following information relating to director disclosure under Schedule Two, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

On 14 May 2018 the Company announced that Tim Clancy previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Assurant Europe, the European subsidiary of Assurant Inc. the US-listed, global insurance provider. He was also formerly a director of Assurant Services Limited, which was part of the Assurant Inc Group.

Laura Carstensen was, until 4 July 2014, a director of Blue Banyan Limited, a company wholly owned by her and her spouse. As part of a reorganisation of their private affairs, that company commenced winding up on 1 April 2015 and was eventually dissolved via Creditors Voluntary Liquidation on 14 September 2018. Blue Banyan Limited's sole creditor was Laura Carstensen's husband, no third-party creditors were affected.

ChoicesUK Plc, a company of which Michael De Kare-Silver was a director until 16 April 2007, was placed into administration on 22 August 2007.

On 22 September 2016, the Company announced that John Gittins was previously a Director of Fairpoint Group plc and Electricity North West Limited. These groups had a number of subsidiary or sister companies of which John Gittins was also a director: Debt Advice Trust Limited, Clear Start Money Management Limited, Financially Wise Limited, Wise Debt Solutions Limited, Wise Debt Limited, Money Wise Finance Limited, RG Debt Management Services Limited, Debt Line Topco Limited, Financially Wise Group Limited, Wise Debt Management Services Limited, Wise Money Finance Limited, Debt Wise Management Services Limited, PIX Limited, C C Law Limited (previously Capital Costings Limited), Clear Start Partnerships Limited, Moneyextra.com Limited, Your Debt Solved Ltd, Lawrence Charlton Limited, Debt Free Direct Limited (John Gittins resigned as a director of Debt Free Direct Limited on 30 September 2016. Debt Free Direct Limited entered into administration on 1 September 2017 and remains in administration), DFD Mortgages Limited, Allixium Limited, Money Tailor Limited, Adlington House Limited, STL Innovations Ltd, WKD UK Limited, Clear Start UK Limited, Doorway Holdings Limited (previously Fairpoint Legal Services Limited), Dune Financial Planning Limited (previously Simpson Millar Financial Services Limited, Holiday Travelwatch Limited. Mr Gittins also formerly held the following directorships in the previous five years: Nwen Finance Plc, ENW Finance Plc, ENW Capital Finance Plc, North West Electricity Networks Plc, The Debt Advice & Money Solutions Group Limited, Debt Free Direct (Australia) Limited, Up and Up Group Plc.
