David Hearn, the current Finance Director, will be leaving the Company and theBoard after a transitional period to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Hearn, whojoined the Board in April 2002, has played an important role in the developmentof the Company, in particular its admission to AIM and the acquisition andintegration of Genesis (UK) Limited. The Board would like to thank Mr. Hearn forhis contribution to the Company.
