Dublin, London, 1 April 2019: The Company received a notification on 1 April 2019 stating that on 28 March 2019, AXA Investment Managers was the holder of 8,422,676 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 6.98% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. In its previous notification, AXA Investment Managers had a position in 9,536,295 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.91% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
