Director Share Dealings
The Company announces that it was advised that on 23 January 2014 the wife of Leonard Seelig, Chairman and Non-executive Director, Beverlee Winnett Seelig purchased 20,626 ordinary shares at 55.0 pence per share, and therefore Mr and Mrs Seelig are now interested in a total of 45,822 ordinary shares, representing 0.08 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. As previously announced on 18 December 2013, Mr Seelig holds options for 300,000 shares in the Company.
