Total Voting Rights

As at 30 June 2015 Apax Global Alpha Limited ("the Company" or "Apax Global Alpha") confirms that its share capital consists of 491,100,768 Ordinary Shares each admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure & Transparency Rules ("DTRs") DTR 5.6.1 the Company's total number of voting rights are 491,100,768 and this number should be used as the denominator for calculations by which shareholders (or others with notification obligations) should determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Apax Global Alpha under the DTRs.
