Notice of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Transfer of Shares

The Company has been informed on 17 September 2015, that John Megrue, an employee of Apax Partners and a person discharging managerial responsibilities, has transferred 4,578,805 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") to Lizanne Megrue (the "Transfer").

No consideration was paid for the Transfer. The Ordinary Shares transferred remain subject to the same lock-up arrangements agreed in connection with the Company's IPO on 15 June 2015, details of which are summarised in the Company's prospectus dated 21 May 2015, available on the Company's website.

The Transfer is unconnected to the Company and forms part of a domestic transfer between John Megrue and Lizanne Megrue. The beneficial interest to the Ordinary Shares transferred is held by Lizanne Megrue.
