Aortech International PLC01 April 2008 Aortech International plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights Update In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, theCompany notifies the market that as at the date of this announcement, theCompany's issued share capital consists of 4,832,778 ordinary shares with anominal value of 250 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), with voting rights. The above figure of 4,832,778 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in theCompany as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine ifthey are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in,the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and TransparencyRules.
