Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company has received notification that, on 7 September 2010, 333,383 ordinary shares of 250p each ("Ordinary Shares"), held jointly by Mr Eddie McDaid, a Non-executive Director of the Company, and his wife, have been transferred, for nil consideration, into the name of Mr. Eddie McDaid.
As a result of this transaction, Mr McDaid's beneficial holding remains unchanged at 333,383 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.90% of the issued share capital of the Company.
